Welcome to High Legh
High Legh Parish Council is the council for the parish of High Legh in Cheshire. Being the lowest tier of local government for the area it is closest to the residents and businesses of the parish. HLPC seeks to represent parishioners in the fairest way possible by providing and enhancing services that are accessible by all members and associations of the community.
The Parish Council is funded through a Precept which is set annually by the Parish Council and is based on the work it is intending to do during the forthcoming year. The sum required is obtained through a “local tax” which is included in the level of Council Tax levied by Cheshire East Council.
