My wife, Trish, and I have lived in two different houses in High Legh for more than 30 years and have grown to love the village. I am new to the Parish Council in March 2012 but was previously involved in the development and publication of the Parish Plan. I have chaired the Parish Plan Implementation Group for the last 18 months. Now retired, I have long working experience in senior roles in Information Systems and strategic management in consultancy and for many years with a global pharmaceuticals company.
